Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi You’ll be greeted at the Airport and transferred downtown to check into your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may have time to explore a little of downtown and enjoy a stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake. Overnight in Hanoi Paradise Hotel, 53 Hang Chieu Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. Day 2: Hanoi City Tour Private (B, L) In the morning, visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh Museum and The Temple of Literature. After a delightful lunch, the tour continues to visit Ethnology Musem for about 1 hour. Then explore the famous old quarter 36 Ancient Streets by cyclo tour. After that join water puppet show for 45 minutes. Stay at Hanoi Paradise Hotel. Day 3: Hanoi – Hoa Binh, Mai Chau (B, L, D Private) AM: Pick up at your hotel. Arrive in Hoa Binh. Visit Hoa Binh hydroelectricity, that is the biggest one in Vietnam. Arrive at Mai Chau. Have lunch. PM: Visit Lac, PomCoong villages. Walk to see “Tho Cam”, a unique product of Thai people, house on stilts and Thai’s customs. Dinner and free time or you can enjoy traditional music show. O/N in house on stilts. Day 4: Mai Chau – Ninh Binh (B, L, D Private tour) AM: Breakfast. Visit to see the day life of the local people and witness the daily life. Back to Mai Chau. Have lunch. PM: Return to Hanoi with stop on the way for taking photos of beautiful sceneries in this mountainous area. we continue on to Cuc Phuong National Park, our final destination. Overnight at Cuc Phuong village.
Day 5: Cuc Phuong – Ninh Binh (B, L, D Private tour) The national park of Cuc Phuong boats one of the best preserved tropical forests in Vietnam. This morning we take a short drive to the park headquarter before we set off on a half day walk in the jungle. This is home to many species of plant and rare animals, several of which we may see on our trekking. After a picnic lunch we visit one of the famous caves, Nguoi Xua which still retains some vestiges of primitive man, and transfer to the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. There are not much to see in this place besides two remaining temples. The first one is dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang Emperor. The second commemorates the rulers of the Le Dynasty. Overnight at hotel. Day 6: Ninh Binh – Ha Noi: (B, L, Private tour) Upon leaving the town, we take a short drive to Tam Coc which is surnamed “ Inland Halong Bay”. On arrival we board a tiny boat rowing us along a river through the quiet and peaceful landscape of rice fields surrounded by limestone formations to the grottoes of Tam Coc. After the impressive boat trip we continue our journey back to Hanoi. Free time in the afternoon in Hanoi. Stay at Hanoi Paradise Hotel
Day 7: Hanoi – Halong bay with the Emeraude or Dragon Cruise(B, L, D). Group tour: Pick up at the hotel, transfer to Halong bay. Cruising on the bay. Sleep on boat
Day 8: Halong bay- Hanoi (B, ) In the morning, continue cruising on the bay, check out. Transfer back to Hanoi. Tour ends around 5pm. Stay overnight at Hanoi Paradise Hotel
Day 9: Hanoi Departure. Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport, leaving to another city.
